Not directly.
The latch hardware is different. It may be modify able but I do not know. The sdl hood is steel, the Sd hood is aluminum too...

I "think" it will work if you get all of the parts. 85 & newer has the single pull in the center of the grill. 84 and older had the double latch. The hood and hinges are a direct fit. You need to work out the opening system.

85SD 240K & stopped counting painted, putting bac together. 84SD 180,000. sold to a neighbor and member here but I forget his handle. The 84 is much improved from when I had it. 85TD beginning to repair to DD status. Lots of stuff to do.
