Early W123 oil filter bolt o-ring size

i've looked for this and can't find it. early w123 with the single bolt oil filter hold down. friends 240D has low oil pres on startup, thought it might be a bad o-ring...took the bolt off and its completely missing

also i much prefer this design over the later two bolt holddown design. i wonder why it was changed.

I couldn't find anything for a 123, but the 115 has a single bolt filter.
