617 injection pump vacum lines

I started pulling the engine for the swap and i got sort of puzzled bu the injection pump. Specifically by the vacuum lines that connect to the top.
There's one (is it even vacuum) that connects to what looks like a membrane right behind the injector lines, then there are those that connect to that white thingy right by the throttle and one (again not sure if that's vacuum) that connects at the end of the pump behind the white thingy.

Can you please explain the purpose of those to me?

The line that terminates in a banjo bolt is not a vacuum line. It transmits manifold pressure for the purpose of proportioning fuel delivery to manifold pressure.

The white valve is controls vacuum to the transmission. It simulates the behavior of manifold vacuum in a throttled, non-boosted engine.

So the first one would be boost compensation then, right?

Can i drop the white valve entirely since i'm going manual?

That was easy. So the last line i'm assuming is the shut off valve?

The vac line should be brown/violet, yes, that is for the shut off actuator.

Yes.
Keep it for someone that needs it. The VCV is NLA and is one of the adjustments to get the 7.22 tranny shifting correctly.

Actually i thought about it today. I'm going to end up with a whole lot with used working parts that i'd much rather give to someone than throw away.

The problem is i'm pretty soon not going to remember what is what. I try to keep related components together but it cannot my priority.
