Kickdown switch 83 300D turbo?
 

In Fastlane's parts listing for my 83, I see a kickdown solenoid and a kickdown cable (which looks like the bowden cable). It does not list a kickdown switch. Does an 83 300D turbo have a kickdown switch? If so, do you have any pics and an electrical diagram of how it's hooked up?

I found the kickdown switch. How does it work? I always thought the bowden cable provides the downshifting when you floor the go peddle.
