Exhaust Fumes in Car

My 300D has gradually been putting out some exhaust/burnt motor oil smell actually into the car. It makes me very queezy and I think a little high. Not cool. It does smell worse w/ the vent/heater on. However I can smell it at all times. Any suggestions?
