NADA or Kelley blue book value
Does anybody have access to the NADA book value of an 84 300D with 246k on the clock? I tried looking at Kelley blue book, but they only go back to the 1986 year model....

KBB sucks, if you go to NADA online yourself, you can get the value ;)
|
NADA only goes back to 86 as well.

try www.edmunds.com

It's under classic cars on NADA, here you go:

If you go to the NADA site, look for the tab marked "Classic Car" - that should get you what you are looking for.

Yes,the classic car link on Nada got me another $3500 bucks when the 84 300sd was totaled. I am very greatful that Nada identified these cars as classics.:D

cars worth
well edmunds says mine is worth 800 nada says 8500 the 3000 accident when the other deriver ran a red light wants to pay me nothing sometimes you just say WTF

Go to ebay, locate cars one year back and up on yours, then click Completed sales and see what they sold for.
Those books are worthless for older cars - especially Mercedes, and if you're selling one, saying that "KBB or NADA values it at $8500 - I'm willing to let it go for $4500!" means nothing to a Buyer. |
