I am looking at a 1988 420 SEL Black/Tan with 257,000 miles on it. It is a California car and is in very good but not excellant condition. Everything works, cruise, air, etc. He wants $5,200.00 for it. A couple of questions to the group:

Is that a good price?

Should I be overly concerned with the 257K miles?

What should I look for in this model (faults)?
