Yes it is. What we need are more refineries but, from what I've been told, the clean air advocates have nixed any plans to build new refineries. Kinda cutting your nose off to spite your face I would say...$3.00/gal.here we come!!
Since my last post a couple days ago the price here on gas and diesel has gone up--AGAIN.
