I haven't driven either model C-Class so from a styling point ONLY, I like the new C better. For me, I have never liked the tail lights on any version of the W202. Having said that, I like the W202 interior better because it feels 'better' to me, more substantial. Also note that I prefer the styling of the W124 over the W210 BUT prefer the W220 over the W140. Just MHO...
