I think I will replace the relays also. I just have a bad feeling that they may be problematic again.
I currently have the fans running full-time until the replacements come in today. I did this by unplugging the coolant sensor.
Last night, neither fan was running. I tapped on both of them and nothing. Then, a slight movement of the hood got them going again. Of course, one hood hinge is near where the relays reside. Coincidence? Not sure, but the relays can't be that expensive. Anyone know the part numbers OR if this is a dealer only part?
Still need help on disassembly of fans.
