That's what I'm for *lol* Seriously, he's actually in the auto program at De Anza, so doing his own work shouldn't be a problem.
BTW, Sixto, when I E-mailed you a few weeks ago about the 300SD, Seth's the friend I was talking about. He's also the one that was looking at that 240D in SoCal (the one I posted a while back about that would start but knocked)...but I think they sold it out from under him.
He'll correct me if I'm wrong, but I think he primarily wants a car that has a happy drivetrain, and doesn't care all that much about the "extras". He's not necessarily looking for a creampuff (I"m sure he'd take one if one came his way and was in his price range, though
), but doesn't want a "project car" either...that's what his Corvair's for.
He's wanting a reliable daily driver, mainly, and he liked my 300D so much that he wants one for his own :p although I think his first choices are a 240D 4 speed and a 126 300SD...
