I have seen 600 wheel covers but they start at 1K and up. I wonder if they could be 3D printed? Scan some 108/111 caps and upscale them. Probably just as expensive once done. Regarding the wheels-spare tires from certain models have steel wheels in the size and offset range that might work but they are hard to find.
