Same here. I'm re-doing my sunroof right now. About 10 years ago, I was in the same situation with another W123 and bought front and rear Uro seals. I'm going to be paying quite a bit to source NOS OEM seals this time.

My Mercedes mechanic who has worked on these cars since they were new broke two of the rubber seals trying to install them and finally got the third one in, but the lip wouldn't seat properly as it was too big. The dimensions and quality of the rubber simply wasn't right.

It would be nice if Uro upped their game in terms of quality. I would be willing to pay twice as much to get seals that just fit properly. Many of the people who put these parts on their cars want something that will last long term. Mercedes cars are harder to work on than domestic cars and I don't want a part that will need to be replaced in a few years.
