Mine is too far gone. If it rains or I wash the car there is a six inch gap in the seal where it's crumbled away. I get a shower of water coming in on my left shoulder. I've patched it by fixing a lenght of the kind of foam rubber seal you use to insulat AC lines which has a sticky underside to attach around the pipe. When the door closes it conformed to the shape of the hole and works ok for now. But a proper replacement is required.
