One tip which might help is that the A/C belt is tensioned with an idler pulley (i.e. NOT the compressor itself). To release tension on the A/C belt, just break the (17 or 19mm, slips me at this second) pulley bolt loose and release tension on the belt. Then, to retension it, put a 22mm open end wrench on the pulley and tension the belt and then tighten down the lockbolt.

The power steering pump has 13mm nuts on the front that need to be released to adjust the belt and the alternator has a top pivot bolt and a 17mm nut holding the adjustment bolt tight from the back side.

The air pump uses one bolt with a locknut on it for adjustment. You'll see it at the bottom of the pump.
