Alternator brush replacement

Hi folks,

Gone a bit crazy on refurnishing parts, latest target - alternator which originally came from later W210.

Rated at 115amp it's an upgrade from either 70 or 90 amp previously fitted, that said it does have clutched pulley (not sure if this is good or bad?)

Ordered full kit including bushes, SKF bearings and armature copper bit -

The question I have is do you sand the new bushes to fit round armature, or leave square? - it's the usual yes/no on YouTube with some promoting sanding, other fit as is.

....I await, as always before deciding.
