I second this idea, use a heat gun or a hair dryer to warm up the plastic.


The size of the ball and socket seem to be standard across 123 / 124 / 126 / 201, but the mount (that goes into car socket at top of windshield) is different for each of those models. Maybe 124 and 201 are the same? Regardless, if you see a nice mirror at the pick-n-pull, snag it for a transplant to your mount.
