Lots of robots have taken my job. As of one week ago today I have enjoyed my hard earned and reasonably well funded retirement for one year. Since many robots have been taken out of service, they have the same job as myself.

Seriously though with people demanding $15 minimum wage for flipping burgers and taking orders for them, something only worth $5 per hour, you can look for robotic burger cooking and their being ordered from an automated kiosk.

While in France I stopped at a MacDonalds along the tollway for coffee. You could order coffee from a live human, but on the food side there were no humans taking orders. The only possible way to order food was with an IPhone or credit card at the automated kiosk. I expect that in France a MacDonalds employee makes much more than in the US, thus the automation.
