Does the passenger side transmission hose get sandwiched where the ac line bracket is held down by 2 nuts?

I have 2 clamps for the tranny oil cooler on each side and I only see one spacer for the oil pan screws and it's on the driver side.

Seems that stuff got lost or reworked over the years so I have no idea what the stock setup should be
