Oh, that kind. One method I use on other cars is to hold the pulley with the strap wrench, put an open end wrench on the hex then strike the wrench with a hammer in the direction of removal, it could be left or right hand thread so be sure to check. Once it breaks free it should spin off.

As the pulley spins, it is turning in the direction of threading the clutch on so you want to turn the hex in the direction the fan normally spins.
