My '96 E300D ran on B100 for several years; when B100 got too expensive I switched to B20. The '95 E300D has been on mostly B20 since purchased 3 years ago. Both have had no problems beyond replacing some seals, o-rings, and injector return hoses to operate on B100. On B20 no changes are needed, in my experience.
