Just got a 1997 SL500 and anxious to tackle these issues. Can someone provide the torque values for these? I've downloaded the Alldata v8 discs (having some problems getting that going) and will hopefully soon order the service manual from eBay once I determine if they are going to be useful. Love the car, especially the sound system.
