I think that is too regional to tell. Besides the price varying from Junk Yard to Junk Yard the price will be different in CA verses New York State.
If you have an MW Fuel Injection Pump and then did not remove the 2 13mm Nuts and rotate or otherwise move the Elements that would not change anything that you could not correct.
Often the 13mm Nuts have Paint on them to help determine if someone loosend those Nuts.
