When you add a line to the Vacuum Shut off Valve, use a clear line. If the diaphragm is ruptured inside it, you will get a mouth of eng oil. this way you will see it coming up the clear tube.
If you see no oil, then you know the shut off valve is good.
The brown line connects to the large black supply line between the Vacuum pump and the Brake Booster. this is it`s source of vacuum. the Brown line goes into the passenger compartment, and connects to the Valve on the Ignition/Steering Lock assy. then a second brown line, (which is also connected to the same valve) comes out from the passenger compartment, and connects to the Vacuum Fuel Shut off valve.
When you turn the Key to start the Engine, or to shut off the Engine, this switches Vacuum to shut off the engine, or releases vacuum so the fuel is turned so the Engine starts.
Simple???

Well then, must be blind. I thought I was careful in tracing. I can't find the vacuum sheet I printed, P.C. off for repairs, and can't find the enhanced version on here...
So then, can I then say the booster and booster seal are good?
