The green relay (30A fuse, high speed) and the blue relay (15A fuse, recommend change to 20A, low speed) live in the fuse/relay box. Given the colors, hard to miss.

It is also possible that very early E300s may have used the older version with the single 16A fuse but I think that was for a single fan only.
