The small white line is engine vacuum, the larger is the locking pump "vacuum assist". The green feeds the climate control vacuum switchover block. You'll need to expose the climate switchover valve block, which IIRC is a real PITA to access, to test individual climate circuits to find which one is leaking the vacuum needed to hold the center vent open. Sorry but I dont have a diagram handy.
