The picture shown is for the front flex disk, note the oblong metal bolt rings. The rear flex disk has circular rings. I did this job not too long ago, you are going to have to jack up the rear wheels, chock the fronts and release the e-brake and put the car in neutral so that you can turn the drive shaft to access all the bolts to unloosen them. The nuts are self-locking nuts so you will need to use a ratchet and a wrench to hold the other end as you unloosen. I think you will need a 17mm for 3 of the bolts, and a 7mm (or 5mm) allen key for the other 3. The flex disk will have some wording in German on it, make sure the wording faces away from the transmission, or towards the exhausts outlet. The job is pretty simple, all you need to remove is the cross member.....however if I were you I would also replace the transmission mount while you're under there since the cross member needs to come off. Replacing the mount will only take 5 minutes.
