Anyone have first-hand knowledge as to the performance of Water Wetter? Any "noticeable" reduction in operating temps? I'm especially interested in reduction during stop-n-go traffic since that's when the temp usually rises 10+ degrees.

Note: I did check Red Line's webpage and tech data sheet on Water Wetter -- pretty impressive, tho' I want unbiased testamonials .
