Question for the peanut gallery...

When mounting the exhaust downpipe to the turbo, there is a bracket that mounts to the exhaust manifold and holds the exhaust out of the turbo and down. Easier to mount the bracket then ease it into the two bolts on the exhaust manifold or easier to mount the bracket and move the exhaust into position?
