I went to get the 2 o-rings for the oil filter shaft. It takes 2 of them. They only have 1 in stock
So I take the one and order 5 more. I'll have two extra sets this way. I go to replace the one that they sold me and the o-ring looks very "flat" and is very hard, I pry on it with a screw driver and it crumbles apart. Guess they really needed replacing! Now, I have to wait for the the others to come in to change the second one. Oh, and $1.50 each! They don't call it the stealership for nothing
Oh, also on another note. I replaced the vacuum pump last night. The ABS light was coming on and sometimes the brakes felt "squishy" Now, no ABS light at all and the brakes feel good. So, I guess it need replacing after all. Still, have loud banging from under the valve cover, I think I'm going to order new lifters. When will it end? Calgon, take me away!
