Before you start tearing the suspension apart, check the condition of your tires, especially the edges. Look for patterns of uneven wear or feathering. Also, what do you mean when you say a "low grade thump"? Thumping is not characteristic of anti-sway bar bushing wear. Creaking and occasionally snapping type noises are closer to the norm for this component. Wheel balance and alignment would be another item to check. If the 'thumping' is rythmic, then is is probably related to an object that is rotating. Kinda narrows your choices eh!!
