Yes this is my 300sd. OK I'll check the vac lines. the filter setup is all in the trunk so I don't think I could have done anything back there.
The filter is fairly simple, in/out, so there is no bypass at certain pressure. Ill keep an eye on it to make sure it works properly. I just liked it over a regular auto filter because of its volume and the transparancy, so I can constantly keep an eye on it, and what can I say I am a glutton for punishment and a cheapskate so Im still gonna mess around with the WVO , but just be extremely careful with it to keep this benz going. Thanks for the help guys.
PS. So there is no way that this may be caused from the added pressure of the electric pump?
