Permatex makes a vinyl and leather repair kit with a heat wand (end is about the size of a quarter and plugs into 110 V), various colors, glue, color mixing chart to match, and textured patches to match the texture of the item being repaired. I've used it on my dash and leather seats - works well. Read the instructions and experiment a bit before using it. Found the kit at Pep Boys.
