Were you fueling the "new" IP straight WVO? I know buttkiss about running straight WVO, but I would think you should try a 2 liter bottle full of commercial pump diesel with the pickup and return fuel lines in it. Or you may want to try Diesel Purge instead of diesel. My point is that, if you had it running twice, the timing is good enough for that. IT may not be perfect, but good enough. I would worry about the fuel. From what I've seen and read, WVO needs to be heated or otherwise "treated", and that could be the problem. YOu have nothing to lose -- I would do it before I started tearing things apart.
