Well my lighter did not have power , Luckily after I removed it from the console area I found it was just that the plug was not hooked up. Easy fix . Now the backlight and lighter work .I got the 240D back in feb, And have been trying to take care of all the little things to bring the car back up to decent standards. I smoke a cigar once in a while so this will help. Good luck. Hans.
