i used some Loctite brand i thiink its called household or general purpose adhesive sealant,white silicone looking stuff put it several spots in the visor,pressed the mirror assy in by hand then clamped the whole visor assy between 2 pieces of plywood with "C" clamps and left it overnight. So far so good but its only been a couple of months. My $.02 Don
