I second the frigi-quiet sythetic. I took mine, after installing all the parts, to an a/c guy so he could pull vacuum and charge it. He couldn't tell if the compressor was engaging just from the sound of it, he kept telling me to turn the a/c off and on and finally he had to look under the cap on the reciever to confirm that the vital fluid were being pushed through the system. Its r-134, and a rebuilt compressor from ******** az plus new expansion valve and dryer. You can get frigi-quiet from dieselgiant or from your local Ford stealership.
