Yeah I was thinking the 15 ATDC didn't sound right, considering the FSM says TDC.

How about those two pins holding the upper chain rail, do those *really* require a special tool? I was thinking some washers that have a larger inner diameter than the outer diameter of the pin and a screw that matched the pin threads would do the trick.
