It is not glued on, There are 3 plastic snap clips underneath of it. I have taken mine off by very carefully sliding the blade of a DULL edged putty knife with rounded off corners under the top edge of it and working it off from one end to the other, I prefer a putty blade over a screwdriver as it spreads the force better to help avoid digging a hole in the paint or making a ding in the metal. It takes a little force and you have to be as mindful as you can of the paint (which is why I emphasize to use a dulled blade) be ready to replace one or more of the clips, I usually have at least one break on me coming off. Reinstalling I slide it up from underneath until it hooks the clips, then give it a quick bop with my hand to snap the top on. The holes for the clips tend to be areas that can get rusty too, as road dirt over years collects inside the fender behind those holes so be ready to find that as well. If you are removing the fender(s) be sure to clean out all of that dirt and check all of the body seams behind the fender for chipped/loose sealant. This was a pristine looking fender on a rust free car I am restoring, I found this rust hiding under the trim.
