David, I would persue a claim against Lexol. A friend of mine had seats crack in a Maxima following the use of a Meguire's product and successfully collected almost $1000 to replace the seats in the car. Personally, I'm not convinced that cracking was necessarily caused by Meguire's, but the point is that he won.

I'm sure all these company's carry insurance against these types of claims, so it shouldn't be any real skin off of there back. Present as much "proof" as you can, ie: pictures, written opinions from a dealer, etc.
