Replacing rear spring pads...

The Parts Shop quoted me the following part numbers for the spring pads that they have available:

210 325 01 84 5mm No. 1 Pad, rear
210 325 02 84 9mm No. 2 Pad, rear
210 325 03 84 13mm No. 3 Pad, rear
210 325 04 84 17mm No. 4 Pad, rear

The various threads I've seen on this site recommend the No. 1 pad, but strangely it is also said to be 8mm. I guess the pads above are the new ones (they carry the 210 part numbers, the new e class).

My question is, do I go with the 5mm or 9mm pads?

Thanks for any input...
