I have about 60,000miles on my 99 C230K W202, and 5,000 miles ago the dealer wrote "lower control arm bushings worn and cracked". Is this normal for them to go this early on the w202 and what are the symptoms? I know at 100km/h + there is a very slight shaking in the steering wheel and this was more pronounced after the ball joint/steering shock job was done 5000 miles ago.

If I change these LCA bushings, do I need to take it for an alignment aswell or is that just for tie rods?
