I've discovered there are even some very high quality knock-offs which use the 7750, employ solid gold cases, and are probably about as good as the manufacturer's own movements.

Of course the best and most "collectible" watches manufacture their own movements rather than buying the base from Valloux or some of the other caliber manufacturers.
