Yes GP relay is inside of LF fender under the hood. If U have some one else turn the key U should be able to feel the GP relay engage. If the GP relay doesn't engage, U might have a problem with the relay. You can jump from the + battery to the fuse screw in the relay to get the engine started.

THe fuse is a strip fuse between 2 screws and rated for ~80 amps. But the relay will still click if the fuse is open. Some times the fuses gets an invisable crack in it and doesn't work even though it looks good..

Take a voltage reading on both sides of the fuse if U can get the relay to click. Should be ~12 volts each side if the fuse is good.
