If i'm not mistaken the front right and left rear windows are on the same fuse, so if one isn't working then the other shouldn't either(if it's the fuse).This also goes for the front switches, If one switch up front stops working then so does the one on the opposite side in the rear.(so in another words forget about your fuse's and start investigating the wiring to the rear door).If you manage to figure this out can you post how you got it fixed.I believe i'm having the same problem.
